Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q: Why buy from

A: You are supporting an individual artist vs. a corporation.

    Q: How does PayPal work?

A: You may use PayPal regardless of whether you have a PayPal account or not.  Because of its user-friendly and convenient features, most eCommerce sites use PayPal as a third party application to process payments.  The good news is PayPal doesn’t discriminate the type of payment used, whether it’d be a checking account or type of credit card.

A: Do you take international orders?

Q: Yes. There is an additional shipping cost for all international orders, and since it is not guaranteed that it is going to arrive on time, it, must be ordered as early as possible.

A: Each artwork is sandwiched between two pieces of foam core, delicately bubble wrapped and boxed.  No one is required to by the door during the time of delivery unless requested.

In order to submit the personalization form, click the link below to have your form filled online. You could also print it, fill it out and email it to If you do not plan on filling out a text personalization form, the ketubah text gaps would need to be filled out by you, your partner and your religious clergy.

The wedding information generally includes the names of bride and groom or partners, names of parents of each partner’s, wedding date and wedding location. Orthodox and conservative texts require more information.

The Text Personalization option guarantees a well-integrated design with a unified font and text for the ketubah. The gaps in the text’s spaces will be filled in with digital typeset technology.
